At The Chips n Dips Story, we take great pride in the quality of our vacuum-fried chips and artisanal dips. Since our products are consumable and contain fresh, preservative-free ingredients, all sales are final once delivered.

Perishable Food Rule: To maintain strict food safety standards, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind on any opened or unopened products.

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support.thechipsndipsstory@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will quickly arrange a free replacement or a full refund to resolve the issue.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds for damaged goods will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
